This week’s question deals with weather, specifically a particular cloud type and its meaning.

In the photo, which was taken over land is a menacing looking cloud.  This cloud type occurs over both land and water, I did not take it, the photo is from a public domain file, in the answer on Monday I will explain why I have never taken a photo of this cloud even though I have seen several.
